Offsite backup services - We offer all the benefits of off-site storage, but without those pesky restore/download times.

- Initial backup is performed locally, then transferred to our server
- All followup backups are performed securely and incrementally over the internet
- Backups are stored at our office, allowing rapid physical transfer to an external hard drive, followed by an on-site restore (no waiting for lengthy over-the-internet restore operations!)

- Fees:
- $120/yr for backup client software running on a server operating system (including linux) plus $1/gb/month for storage ($10/month minimum)
- $60/yr for backup client software running on a desktop operating system plus $1/gb/month for storage ($10/month minimum)
- Installation and maintenance is performed at hourly rates
- Not backing up is not a good option! We will work with you on a backup strategy that meets your needs. Whether using our off-site technology, or your external hard drives and/or tapes, we will find a solution that works for you and your day-to-day processes.
Web Hosting - We offer web hosting to our regular IT customers, part of our one-stop-shop IT services goal. We monitor our server regularly, and are paranoid about security. Server access is only allowed via secure connections (except for public web and incoming mail), providing you with a level of security not found in most hosting environments. For example, this allows you to keep all intra-company emails secured. We offer local support and have administrator (root) access to the machine hosting your accounts so we can tweak the system for any needs you may have. We host your website in the RackSpace cloud environment, resulting in exceedingly low levels of downtime.
- $130/yr - Basic Web Hosting - Includes basic static content site hosting, but no e-mail hosting.
- $150/yr - Domain Web Hosting - Includes basic static content site hosting and e-mail hosting.
- $170/yr - Advanced Web Hosting - Includes data-driven web hosting (PHP, MySQL, Java, and others) and e-mail hosting. Some amount of custom configuration is also included.
